NeoPapyrus (the “Service”) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information the Service collects and how it is used, stored, and deleted.

Information we collect

Account: email address (optional — you can use the Service as a guest without signing up). Profile: nickname and an optional avatar image. Service data: your library, reading records, reading sessions, notes, and goals — the content you create. Automatically collected: error-diagnostic logs and largely non-identifying usage analytics events (device type, app version, etc.).

How we use it

To provide the Service (sync and backup), diagnose errors and improve quality, analyze usage, and respond to inquiries. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.

Processors and international transfer

We rely on the following processors — Supabase (data hosting and authentication, Seoul region), Sentry (error monitoring), and PostHog (usage analytics, United States). Each processes data only to provide the Service.

Retention and deletion

When you request account deletion, your account and content are permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period. Information subject to legal retention obligations is kept for the required period and then deleted.

Your rights

You can view, edit, and delete your information at any time in the app settings. For other requests, contact us below.
